  • Not Critical: CHI-2 — CITY OF CHICAGO FOOD SERVICE SANITATION CERTIFICATE - Comments: No certified food service manager on site while handling and serving TCS foods ( chicken, fish...) instructed to obtain. Priority foundation violation 7-38-012.
  • Not Critical: CHI-49 — NON-FOOD/FOOD CONTACT SURFACES CLEAN - Comments: Walk-in cooler fan cover not clean, heavy dust build-up, instructed to clean and maintain.
  • Critical: CHI-50 — HOT & COLD WATER AVAILABLE; ADEQUATE PRESSURE - Comments: No hot water available through out facility, hot water heater is broken. Instructed manager to provide hot running water. Priority violation 7-38-030(c). by the end of inspection a plumber arrived and fixed the hot water heater.
